Topgear Cycles update "2017/2018 season approaches" by Pete Hepworth & team @ 15 Sep 2017
Workshop Update

@timthetoolmanAu bike maintenance tips.
Spring is the perfect time to get your bike ready for the Summer riding ahead. If you haven’t ridden your bike much then a quick pump of the tyres, oil on the chain and check brake pads and tyre thread and you will be good to go. {If you want us to do this we have our Bronze level service for just $59.00]

If you have ridden all winter long then we would suggest our Gold Service . This will not only tune your gears and brakes and clean your bike but we will take apart the Hubs, Headset and Bottom Bracket. These areas are prone to collecting water and cause parts to rust out and this will slow your bike down. If you have entered Shepp or Busselton later in the year then hold off and get this service done 4 weeks before your big race. You will be giving your bike a flogging the next few months so make sure tyres and brake pads are up to scratch and keep your chain clean and lubricated. Please email me any of your maintenance questions, cheers Tim sales@topgearcycles.com
