Get Into Triathlon (GIT) is an introductory program that provides all participants with the necessary skills and confidence to compete in their first triathlon.
Over the six-week period, all participants will have completed at least 18 hours of training (minimum three sessions per week) supervised by our qualified coaches.

The second session of the Get Into Triathlon for the 2016-17 season will start the week beginning February 13th 2017. A complete program schedule, including venues and additional sessions, will be provided to each participant upon registration.
