This is a new addition to our Newsletter inspired by Nuna triathletes who are concerned with healthy eating, replenishing our bodies post exercise and fuelling the body pre-training. A lot of banter is made about coffee breaks on rides, and what cafes boast the best muffins/banana bread. So it seems fitting that we try sharing our food ideas monthly in the newsletter. Sam has competed in many triathlons, from local sprint series, Noosa Olympic distance and in 2015 her first Half IRONAMN at Challenge Shepparton.
